Provide user-friendly access to DeFi services directly from mobile devices, boosting financial health sovereignty.
A componentized marketplace builder with a fully customizable interface, allowing developers to offer app experiences based on user autonomous filtering and matching.
This is the total amount allocated to The DAM Marketplace.

15 years product management and marketing across industries. In 2018 conducted an industry wide research project for low-code app development tooling, since worked with web3 social networks, now combining those experiences into a vision for a distributed marketplace.

This is an explorative proposal for a broad scope marketplace opportunity, towards the challenge goal to "increasingly become the better alternatives over current centralized providers" as per the challenge via a decentralized autonomous marketplace.
Individual developers more focused on separate dapp executions rather than a diligent paced layered approach to collaborating on a grander integration towards a multi component marketplace.
Significant technical hurdles may exist in the necessary architecture. Project may require multiple phases to launch a public brand.
Form and coordinate a task-force to help build a model of how such a DAM Marketplace might operate, the options and technical challenges involved, and prototype designs.
Month 1
Advisory board selection for - atomic design system, front-end dev, no-code, back-end, cardano smart contracts,
Project Management of conceptual modeling, meetings and minutes
Month 2
Tech-stack options research (towards an architecture)
UI prototyping (towards a UX grammar)
Month 3
Technical specifications development
Month 4
Presentation and documentation to showcase the models, prototypes, research and next steps roadmap. Requirements documents that can be picked up by any team.
TBD but includes advisory costs for developers and designs to build model architecture and prototype interface designs.
Team to be confirmed based on community interest and suitability.
Gavriel Shaw — 15 years product management and marketing across various industries, landing on crypto as a professional career move since 2017. Ex Head of Marketing for Wirex (crypto debit card and exchange) scaling from 5 employees to 150 and 1.5MM customers. Now runs commercially focused incubator programs for web3 startups https://cyclicmedia.com and soon to include DAOs in partnership with https://avolve.io
I believe this first phase is a big step in a much longer journey. Modeling a DAM is phase 1, then building the DAM warrants further collaborative funding rounds.
The task-force will need to develop high-level acceptance criteria in month 1 for: marketplace definition, identification of major themes and broad epics, detailed acceptance criteria for each epic, including where appropriate UML diagrams for architectural options and/or UI prototype designs for front-end interface-builder concepts.
The advisory board itself will need to verify best efforts clarity at each monthly milestone phase of the project.
Bottom line: designers and developers should be able to pick up the project at conclusion to confidently progress towards scoping components and usability for each epic. Ready backlog of plans that can progress towards coding implementation.
The goal is to help galvanize, encourage, inspire, and illuminate a bigger better pathway towards collaborative commercialization of web3 economic opportunity. If our project works, it could inspire momentum towards actually building out the various components required for a holistic and integrated marketplace of dapps that will gain public attention and help dapp developers quickly find real-world users.
A secondary success would be if the Cardano fund team opens a new 'challenge' area for the DAM Marketplace (or something similarly suggestive :)
