Develop a panel where the user can make a simple registration (email / password) and within this platform he can link one or more wallets to his account.

Projects will be able to register their validation rules for users to be able to participate in their DAO and which topics should be discussed by the community.

There are two types of accounts:

 . Account of Users who will be able to include themselves in projects and vote.

  . Project Owner Accounts, which will be able to configure projects and add questionnaires for voting.

Periodically (community-voted frequency) a snapshot is taken of the network, to compute the users' voting power and summing the responses and making a sum, the results can be recorded in blockchain for future interaction with smart contracts.

* The voting processing costs will be borne by the project holder, if he does not have a balance, it will not be effective.

Development of a simple system. accessible and intuitive where everyone can express their opinions and vote according to their assigned power. Something similar to a company or condominium meeting.

This, coupled with the end result being recorded on blockchain, gives the power to execute the wish of the majority to smart contracts without human interaction.
