KonmaDAO - A DAO of DAOs

We aim to onboard a wide range of DAOs on to the Cardano chain. This will be done by creating a standard operating procedure and a template for the onboarded DAOs to follow, along with developing tools for smooth integration of DAOs.

Konma aims to be an umbrella DAO which currently has 10 sub- DAOs under it. Konma being an active interactor within Cardano ecosystem, it is highly familiar with its workings and operations. Having faced the initial hiccup of self integration within the ecosystem and our subsequent seamless interaction post integration, we aim to provide a platform for new DAOs to enter and benefit off the Cardano ecosystem as well. Our role as a bridge between Cardano and the DAO pool not only boosts the Cardano community and talent pool but also enables an innovative DAO, which gets shadowed under confusing integration mechanisms, to bring their projects to fruition

i) Risk: Insufficient funding would tard the DAO onboardings

ii) Risk: Cardano ecosystem not being well equipped to provide backing to such DAO

[FEASIBILITY] Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

1. Our first task would be to design the standard template for DAO onboarding and developing relevant tools for their smooth integration.
2. Once the skeletal structure is formed, we aim at onboarding a minimum of 2 DAOs per month.

Thus, the project is expected to have a 6 month set up phase;

Month 1: Designing and developing the standard template and tools: $ 20000

Month 2: Deploy the tools on the test net and tes it on DAOs: $ 20000

Month 3: Konma DAO development $ 20000 ($ 10000 per DAO)

Month 4: Establishing the Konma Flair DAO along with onboarding a third party DAO: $ 20000

Month 5: Establishing the KonmaHope DAO along with onboarding a third party DAO: $ 20000

Yes, we plan on returning to Catalyst for future funding, if we manage to onboard 5 DAOs. Once this initial hurdle is overcome, we are confident enough to onboard more DAOs if funded.

[AUDITABILITY] Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

The following factors would enable us to measure and track our progress;

1. Number of DAO tools deployed: This would enable smoother onboarding. DAOs would be able to provide a feedback on what we can include/develop and how we can create a smooth interface, on our forum. Once Konma Hope, our launchpad is launched, the progress of the DAOs along with their feedback and requirements would be catered to.
2. Number of DAOs brought on chain: Konma DAO would see success in the form of increase in tie ups and onboarding numbers. This can be tracked via our standard template which would require all new DAOs to interact with. Once followed, the new DAO gets added to our repository. Our set target of an initial 2 DAOs a month and subsequent 5 DAOs periodically would be traceable. Changes in influx and engagement would duly be noted via our tools.

The more DAOs we manage to onboard, the greater the success. As more and more DAOs seek onboarding, community engagement and projects with potential increase, thereby improving the and allowing the Cardano and the Konma ecosystem to evolve.
