Funding real world Businesses

[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

Our goal is to provide crowdfunding for all, from a small business in Japan to a 20-year-old in Taiwan who has a brilliant idea that can change the world, in both cases the lack of adequate funding impedes them to thrive and realize all their potential.  

Though crowdfunding on its own will not solve all the issues along the way an entrepreneur or company can face, additional funding could be needed and investors as well should have a mechanism that allows them to securely invest and de-invest whenever required. 

All of these can be easily done, through Cardano's blockchain native multi token capabilities, facilitating the mechanisms for Tokenization of businesses by minting their Digital Assets in the Cardano blockchain, enabling funding and liquidity for both the company and the investors. 

For all these to happen, we are developing and providing a platform as a service, in which companies can strategize, create, manage and sell their tokens. And for small and big investors the functionality to browse through lots of innovative ideas and choose to invest whatever amount of money they choose by purchasing their tokens.

Token Allies was funded in F7 in “Grow LATAM, Grow Cardano challenge and we are currently developing our first MVP ( https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/382611 ), we also got funded in F8 in the “Grow East Asia, Grow Cardano” Challenge for targeting Investors from East Asia, which we are currently starting to execute. 

This proposal will focus on developing our 2nd MVP for our platform. So far, we´ve been developing our first MVP and now we will be continuing with our MVP´s development. 

So far, we´ve developed the platform's infrastructure in Netlify using React in the front end, GraphQL and a Graph DB. All this infrastructure is automated via CI/CD pipeline and it is fully scalable and elastic to accommodate for high demand. The Data Model was created and implemented. The platform was integrated with AUTH0 security and authentication service to maximize the protection of user's profiles. 

Currently the system has basic functionality for Investors, where they can search investments opportunities. A general investor Dashboard was also created. The company owner side is still under development, expecting to finish by the end of July.

In this proposal, we would like to continue our development efforts by generating the MVP 2. It'll be a 3-month effort, that will deliver the following functionalities: 

•  ADA Wallet connector (Leveraging Eternl or gamechanger) (https://eternl.io/app/mainnet/welcome- https://gamechanger.finance/ 

• ALLI Token Launch Site 

• Integration with a decentralized exchange (such as Minswap, MuesliSwap or SundaeSwap) in order to enable investors to transact ALLI on a secondary market

“Novel and viable applications and products get built on top of Cardano attracting users. Integrations manage to pull in more adoption.” 

Being able to finance real world businesses could massively boost Cardano's userbase, providing broader investing possibilities in the Cardano ecosystem. RealFi is a huge aspect of Cardano´s vision and we aim at providing the Cardano community the opportunities to invest in real world businesses 

ADA Holders will be able to Invest in businesses, buy tokens with their ADA, and the invested company will then become an ADA Holder on its own. With this we will be helping achieve the Challenge objectives by generating new members for the Cardano Ecosystem 

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

-First Risk: Possible delays by the exit of developers from the team. We will mitigate that by having a ready to go funnel of devs ready to join the team. 

-Second Risk: Correct Integration with Dex. We are mitigating this by keeping our options open to all possibilities.

We are 3 partners from Argentina, who are active members in Catalyst, looking to leave a footprint in the world. We are passionate about the potential that Cardano can provide to people all over the world.

Lucas started his journey in the traditional stock markets, and quickly made his road into a passion at 19 years old. After advising several clients to traditional investments he turned his sight into Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain Technology, where he recognized it's life changing potential. Thanks to blockchain technology many doors that were previously closed opened, crowdfunding was one of them. Alex has 20+ years of experience building Digital Products and Companies. He has a dual background, on one side a Solutions Architect and Developer (Cloud, Blockchain, C#, .NET, Java, Angular, DevOps) and on the other side a Company Builder and Advisor, building high-performance teams to deliver products that customers love (Customer Development, Agile, Lean, Design Thinking). Alex is also a professor and public speaker, helping to build common knowledge around Digital Transformation, Exponential Organizations, and Abundance.
