Vietnamese people, especially the young generation of Gen Z, are very passionate about learning about Blockchain and Crypto. In fact, regarding the popularity of crypto, Vietnam is the second largest country in the world. However, most young people know crypto as a speculative trading channel, filled with scams without really understanding the project.

Therefore, it is still quite vague in understanding the nature and knowledge in this field.

Besides, crypto and blockchain knowledge is being brought to the public in a rather lengthy, theoretical and attractive way. We provide a simpler, funner, concise way, which helps young people to easily access and participate in both Blockchain, Crypto as well as Cardano.

Taking advantage of Tik Tok's boom with short, lively, accessible videos, this project makes clips for the purpose of instructing, sharing information, orienting careers, and supporting young people to avoid unnecessary risks.

• For Cardano, this project will help expand the reach to a large number of young people in Vietnam in a more positive, fun, comfortable way.
• This project will provide high-quality information and education to break the stereotypes about speculation and fraud that many young people are destined for due to lack of knowledge.
• This project will also provide a healthy community for the audience to share knowledge and share career opportunities for young people.
• This project focuses on short content, so this content can be flexibly modified for other platforms such as Facebook, Youtube or book publication.

The project will solve the challenge by educating, building and developing the Vietnamese community.

• Provide high-quality information and education in the most accessible way by producing short content videos.
• The first used platform is Tik Tok, which is currently used by many people, especially for young audiences. 
• The project leader has also created a certain reputation from sharing investment knowledge. The project will also bring many new young users to Cardano ecosystem.
• Building community channels for young people who love Blockchain & Crypto like Facebook, Telegram.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Challenge: most people will think that KOLs will PR for tokens just to profit from the community.

Solution: Tik Tok channel is a place for information sharing, academic and educational purposes, career orientation for young people who are really passionate about Blockchain & Crypto.

Challenge: Knowledge of Blockchain & Cardano platforms is very vast, there will be many aspects, knowledge beyond the understanding of the team

Solution: Invite some other experts in the industry to join the livestream to exchange and answer questions with young people in the community.

Total lead time for this proposal: 12 weeks

Key milestones to be achieved:

• Publish 3 videos/week, a total of 36 videos
• Conduct 3 live streams to interact with the community with guests who are experts in the Blockchain industry in Vietnam
• Build a community group on Telegram: in 4 weeks
• Build a Community Group on Facebook: after 6 weeks

Cost of renting equipment and locations for video recording: 0$ (using Lengkeng team’s existing equipment)

If we receive the Fund, we will continue to return to Catalyst to apply for funds in the next rounds to continue to build and develop videos that bring value to the community. The project will stop asking for funds when external funding sources such as project sponsorships are sufficient to maintain the costs of developing Tik Tok, Facebook, & Telegram channels.
