1. Reasons for approaching the problem:

- We have been very successful in implementing the proposal CardanoTalk for Vietnam at fund 10, that's why we continue to propose phase 2 of CardanoTalk for Vietnamese people.

- The scale of the Blockchain community in general and Cardano in particular in Vietnam is growing rapidly, requiring documents and news to be presented in a more timely and understandable manner.

- Cardano has succeeded with Hardfork Chang, entering the period of community empowerment, the Decentralization phase officially begins. 

- Technical information needs to be presented more interestingly and debated so that the issue is understood correctly

- Translating documents is also difficult because technical documents about Cardano and blockchain contain many technical words that are difficult for newcomers to understand. Even translators with a high level of English have difficulty achieving fluency, comprehensibility, and intimacy in their translations.

- The number of documents and news has increased dramatically (due to news related to government policies, Beartrap market, Bulltrap market, market collapse...), so the small number of full-time translators is not enough. meet the need.

- Even though all the material has been translated and presented in text form, there are still a large number of members of the community who would prefer to hear a verbal presentation with visual stimulation and be able to ask questions questions and their answers.

- Build a reward mechanism to encourage elite members of the community to learn deeply about Cardano and then introduce it to the community so that busy people and newcomers can grasp new information about Cardano more easily.

- Talkshow will be held every evening via Meet Zoom, lasting 90 minutes. All meetings will be recorded and uploaded to the FIMI youtube channel.

- We currently have a core, dedicated team with a deep understanding of Cardano and Blockkhain.

+ Every week, any community member will propose a list of priority topics they are interested in and want to know about.

+ Each core group will take on a topic on the list. Then, they will work together to learn information and analyze those topics.

+ The core group with the best preparation and the most information will be selected to present to the community via Zoom meeting.

To measure the success of the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project, we can use metrics and feedback from the community to evaluate the benefits to the Cardano ecosystem as follows:

 1. Number of Zoom meeting attendees per session. This metric means whether the talks are appealing to a wide range of people. We will record the total number of people who attended the talk and compare it with previous talks.

2. Number of topics presented and discussed. This metric means the amount of work we have completed.

3. Number of questions during the meeting. This metric allows us to measure community response to topics.

4. Number of views of videos recorded of talks uploaded to Youtube. This metric means whether the topics we've covered in previous talks are attracting the rest of the community. We will consider choosing topics with high views to prioritize for future talks.

All the above figures will be uploaded on the report file sponsored.

Our plan to share the output and results of the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project is through different media and communication channels. Below are the main activities:

 1. Online forum: We will create an online forum for CardanoTalk for Vietnamese, where people can share articles, videos, and documents related to Cardano. This will facilitate users to access and refer to information, and create opportunities to share project results and outputs.

 2. Online events and discussions: We will host online events, such as panel discussions and workshops, to discuss and share project results with the community. This helps us interact directly with users and gather feedback from the community.

3. Interact and share in the community: We will encourage users to share information and results from CardanoTalk for Vietnamese within the global Cardano community. This opens up opportunities to interact and interact with the international community and convey the value of our project.

The main goals of the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project include:

1. Successfully organized 6 online sharing sessions within 6 months with content and topics for each specific session.

2. Share 6 videos of 6 online sharing sessions on social platforms: Youtube, Telegram, facebook…)

3. Build a community specializing in Cardano in Vietnamese: The goal is to create a vibrant forum for Vietnamese people to learn, discuss and share knowledge about Cardano. We will measure this goal by increasing the number of members by 180 people.

4. Increase awareness and interest in Cardano in Vietnam: The goal is to increase awareness of Cardano and create interest and exposure for the platform among the Vietnamese community. We will validate this goal by measuring user growth, engagement and information sharing within the community.

5. Support for Cardano application development in Vietnam: The goal is to facilitate the sustainable development of Cardano applications in various sectors in Vietnam. We will measure this goal by tracking and recording increases in recommendations, engagement, and positive feedback from users.

To validate the project goals, we will use quantitative and qualitative methods such as counting members, evaluating engagement and content quality, and gathering feedback from users. use, and monitor the growth of the Cardano community in Vietnam. We will also seek to measure the project's impact on increasing awareness, application growth and the Cardano ecosystem in this region.

We are capable of providing the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project with a high level of reliability and responsibility based on the following factors:

1. We have completed this proposal funded in fund 10 and highly appreciated by the Cardnao Vietnam community. 

2. We have experience participating in Catalyst and successfully completing many proposals when Catalyst Capital incubation in fund 7 , fund 9 and fund 10, 03 fund proposals 11 and 04 proposals in fund 12. Therefore, that is the basis for us to confidently implement this proposal to help expand and develop the Blockchian community in general and the Cardano ecosystem in particular in Vietnam.

3.  We are the largest group providing information about the Cardano project in Vietnam. We have A Telegram group more than 2700 quality members, YouTube channel, Information synthesis website Cardano.vn. In addition, we also have experience organizing events class teaching about blockchain; editor questions about Blockchain knowledge from basic to advanced for Vietnamese people.

4. Building community: We have experience in building and managing online communities. We understand how to create an environment of support, respect, and positive interaction within the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese community.

5. Censorship and management process: We have experience building project management processes, which has proven our proposal has been funded. in fund 7, fund 9, Fund 10, 03 proposals in fund 11 and 04 fund proposals 12. We will apply strict moderation and content management processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information shared on CardanoTalk for Vietnamese. All content will be carefully reviewed before being approved and published.

6.Feedback and improvements: We will listen to feedback and suggestions from users and the community to continuously improve CardanoTalk for Vietnamese. We will take measures to fix the problem quickly and optimize the user experience.

7. Transparency and sponsorship: We have experience in financial management for large corporations, will provide information on funding sources and manage the amount provided in a transparent and accurate manner. We will ensure responsible and efficient use of financial resources, and provide clear reporting on the use of project funding.
