The combination of these factors makes it difficult for Vietnamese people to access and participate in the Cardano ecosystem, limiting the development potential of the local blockchain community.

Approach: We will translate CBCA blockchain educational materials into Vietnamese and compile a knowledge test question bank. Knowledge testing contests will be held monthly with attractive rewards to motivate learning and research. This method combines providing materials and creating a competitive learning environment that encourages active community participation.

The ability to implement the proposal [Fimi] TEST TO LEARN: Knowledge of Cardano & Blockchain for Vietnamese with a high level of trust and responsibility is based on the following factors:

1. We have experience participating in Catalyst and successfully completing many proposals when Catalyst Capital incubation in fund 7 , fund 9 and fund 10, 03 fund proposals 11 and 02 proposals in fund 12. Therefore, that is the basis for us to confidently implement this proposal to help expand and develop the Blockchian community in general and the Cardano ecosystem in particular in Vietnam.

2. We are the largest group providing information about the Cardano project in Vietnam. We have A Telegram group more than 2700 quality members, Youtube channel, Information synthesis website Cardano.vn. In addition, we also have experience organizing events class teaching about blockchain; editor questions about Blockchain knowledge from basic to advanced for Vietnamese people.

3. Experience and expertise: We have a team of lecturers and experts with experience and deep understanding of Blockchain and especially the Cardano ecosystem. That helps ensure that the project will be implemented as planned in a realistic and efficient manner. With a close connection to the blockchain community in Vietnam, the project team is able to attract user participation and create learning motivation. We have successfully implemented previous projects, the team has good management and organizational skills to ensure the success of the competition and related activities.

4. Infrastructure: The team built a dedicated website that serves as a platform for the competition and provides learning materials. The website will be hosted on a high-performance server, ensuring smooth access for users. A test form system will be built so users can take online knowledge tests. This system will automatically score and store participants' results. The project team will build a rich and diverse question bank about Blockchain and the Cardano ecosystem. Questions will be edited and translated from CBCA documents and official knowledge sources from relevant organizations. Educational materials and learning content will be stored online, easily accessible by users to prepare for monthly competitions. The team will include experts with experience in web development and server management to ensure the system operates stably and without interruptions. An online support channel will be deployed to answer questions and support users during the contest or study process. 

5. Financial management: We, with members with financial expertise and experience in financial management for large corporations, have designed a strict and transparent financial management process. We will establish a financial monitoring, reporting and control system to ensure the correct and effective use of the above capital.

6. We have a group and forum available for you Cardano Blockchain community have a need to learn and regularly exchange knowledge and news about Blockchain platforms. 

7. Develop participation criteria and award consideration
