Innovatio is a community of entrepreneurs, developers and early-adopters that was born in Catalyst Fund 3 and got its first funding in Fund 6, and a year later, has established itself as a community brand within the ecosystem, helping many members to achieve their goals in its Discord community with more than 500 verified members.

Innovatio's social networks are active on a daily basis, publishing a wide range of educational, informative and human content, as well as a community that continues to grow in size, interaction and scope. In it, Community Leaders Juan Pablo and Mauro help members every day fostering networking among members, reaching collaborations between projects and expanding professional and community contacts, as well as generating continuous value to understand how blockchain and digital media can revolutionize our lives.

Currently the Innovatio community is migrating to a web platform more simple and accessible than the current one (Discord) called Trible.so, looking for a greater humanization of its members, generating empathy and increasing engagement for its members.

This platform will allow the development of a space oriented to Catalyst, with super valuable information for current and new members, which can be updated and accompanied fund to fund by members, projects and community leaders.

This proposal is about to create, develop and extend the following spaces for discussion in the Tribe Innovatio Community:

1. Space to explain the briefs of each Fund 10 challenge in Spanish and native English adding valuable information such as use cases/me application and examples among others. “Briefs Extension”

2. Space exclusively oriented to give feedback on proposals from Innovatio's community leaders and other interested members. “Feedback Proposals”

3. Space oriented to present projects in order to find potential partnerships to expand their functionalities (Communities, DAOs and projects). “Looking Partnerships”

4. Exclusive space for freelance opportunities in the Catalyst ecosystem (offers from companies/brands/communities). “Catalyst Jobs”

In addition, to culminate the Fund 10, the most relevant projects and communities will be followed up and the results will be announced with honorary details in the social networks of the Innovatio community.

In this way, the Innovatio community would establish a common space, updateable on a fund-to-fund basis with valuable information and guidance for new and existing Project Catalyst members.

To all this, we must understand that this is already being done currently on its Discord platform, this proposal seeks to move these activities to a more human, understandable, practical and more accessible web platform for outside-catalyst users.

This proposal is in line with the guidelines of the challenge as it seeks to significantly improve the experience of developers and entrepreneurs in the Catalyst ecosystem with updated, human and efficient content on Tribe.so

The Innovatio community already has more than 500 verified members and has been advising proponents, communities and projects since Fund 6, being a space of great support for members of the ecosystem.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

The main risk is that we are currently in bear market and if this continues we will have a lack of content consumption/attention because people are not interested in participating in the Catalyst development process.However, we believe that this content will be very well received by existing or highly committed Cardano users, which is already a big win for the proposal.

Innovatio's plan is separated in 3 months, preparing the content and migration on the Tribe.so platform, having everything ready for the beginning of Fund 10.

September: Organization of the funds received to prepare the content with the community leaders.

October: Launching of space’s "Briefs Extension in Spanish and English" & “Looking Partnerships".

November: Launch of space’s "Catalyst Jobs" & "Feedback Proposal"

December: Follow-up on project presentations at community events and final results for featured and honorable publications on Innovatio's social media.

Here is the breakdown budget of the proposal:

Trible.so Suscription 599$ per month billed anually = $7.200

Community Leaders Labor (Mauro and Juan Pablo): $5.200 x 3 = $15.900

Content Redaction (Santiago): $2.400 x 3 = $7.200

Social Media Production (Graphics, Videos, Ilustrations, Animations, etc): $7.800 for 3 months of content.

Ads for Social Media Posting incentivizing the use of spaces with reels and stories: $3.900

Total Requested: $42.000

To measure the follow-up and impact of the proposal, Innovatio will measure the following metrics.

1. Number of members in each proposed space on Tribe.so
2. Number of posts in the "Looking Partnerships", "Catalyst Jobs" & "Feedback Proposal" spaces.
3. Number of successful Partnerships thanks to the dedicated space.
4. Number of jobs obtained thanks to the dedicated space.
5. Number of feedbacks obtained in total in all posts in the “Feedback Proposal” space.

The success of this proposal would be to establish objective spaces for Catalyst members, fostering collaborations, getting jobs within the ecosystem, receiving guidance and feedback on proposals and how to approach the Fund 10 challenges. A big win would be to help the proposals and people involved to achieve their Fund 10 goals.
