We believe that a niche environment specialized in Web3 talent will bring a lot of engagement with these users and will attract companies interested in finding, hiring and relating to these people.
We observed that niche environments form large tribes that connect with the target audience and thus attract greater engagement in the use of the platform, bringing real gains and a lot of value to the entire market.
In our previous survey, we have 2 main challenges in the platform:
Challenge One: Bring blockchain professionals to list their professional information, skills and knowledge on a new platform.
What we will do: We will contact the professionals who are the target audience of the platform, through LinkedIn and we will show that we are a segmented platform specialized in professionals with the same performance as him, making a tribe/community. We will also provide the possibility of exporting and importing between platforms, in this way we will not give the user work and effort.
Second Challenge: Bring companies and projects interested in discovering, relating or hiring professionals who have the skills and competences to meet their needs.
What we will do: We will list the vacancies available in the companies for these positions and we will also seek to meet specific hunting parties within our database according to the personalized needs for each company.
