We are in the process of registering as a Non Profit DAO in the state of Wyoming, and therefore we will keep our activities open source and transparent. Through the governance structure, we are building and inviting people from all over the world who can join the DAO and participate in positive impact.

What is Domino DAO?
Domino DAO (DD) is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) providing a governance system for the Impact Web3 Community.
Domino DAO will connect stakeholders from the world of philanthropy, the 'third sector' of NGOs, charities and non profits, impact organizations, Impact Investors, and grassroots activists, and employ a diverse group of Impact Evaluators, with a focus being on community and grassroots-led action.
Domino DAO will be the Governance Community and a meeting place for all impact organizations and people across the globe. The DAO will help govern the Impact3 ecosystem both Sustainable ADA and Proof of Impact Platform - PIP.
The DAO will help facilitate PIP governance, helping create rules and incentives for the platforms and equipping users and stakeholders with useful tools. We plan to utilize PIP and the DAO by creating a community-impact treasury where the community helps vote for different projects that need help scaling their positive impact.
Through the DAO we plan to partner up with different projects and impact ecosystems to amplify our impact and provide out community with more opportunities to express their positive impact.
Pre-funding
Sustainable ADA has been focused on Positive Impact in the Cardano community since Project Catalyst Fund 4. We received our first Catalyst grant in Fund 6 and have been helping give back and grow the Cardano community since then. Learn about our Catalyst journey below.

Sustainable ADA during fund 7 did research to evaluate and look at different Impact measurement frameworks to find what works best for blockchain technology. We also did research on creating a token called the Sustainable Goals Token and the idea was to create a research based framework and platform for impact investing, monitoring and evaluation.

We partnered up with the Catalyst IO, and Rare Network teams to help develop the content and help facilitate 26 Catalyst Working groups workshops across the globe. We also help put together an event in Barcelona Spain for the kick of the Catalyst Working Groups and the first in-person launch of a Catalyst Fund Fund12!
Initial integration:
We have taken the first steps to build the Domino DAO. By the end of May 2024, we plan to have the DAO registered in the State of Wyoming. This will help build the integrity of the DAO and allow us to operate on a legal basis. This will also allow us to legally incentivize DAO members and create paying roles around the DAO.
The DAO will be registered as a non-profit and the main goals will be to enforce community action in the Impact Web3 community and help amplify anyone's impact across the globe. We are connecting Impact Project, Impact Investors, Impact Evaluators, and grassroots activists from all across the globe. Through the collective decision-making at Domino DAO, we will be able to create a wave of impact that ripples into every place around the world.

- Use initial funds to start the treasury. The treasury will be used to help fund impact projects and different activities in the Domino DAO.
Onboard Community Board Members & Mods
- Onboard community Mod to help with running the discord servers and having extra members of the team interact with the community. This will allow us to take the next steps to build a community landing center for discussions and information.
Integrate with Andomio & Create a PBL Course for Impact Measurement Auditing
- By creating an Impact Evaluating certification and courses through Andomio we can provide evaluators with the proper tooling to go out and 3rd party audit the impact of the organization on PIP.
Research on Official Governance Structure
- Develop a more official governance structure for the Impact Web3 ecosystem.

- With our community layout the framework for a community constitution for Impact Web3 and community Bylaws.

Why do we need a Domino DAO?
The goal of the DAO is to create a local and global community of impact driven people, evaluators, and investors. Helping create a vibrant and inclusive community, focused on funding, growing, and rewarding impact projects, investors, and evaluators.
The Domino DAO will act as a central base for the PIP and Sustainable ADA community. It will be a community hub where anyone from anywhere in the world can contribute and get compensated through the PIP token and other community incentives for participation.
In the future, the DAO will help with decision-making and govern the PIP platform token, which will allow token holders to participate in the platform's decision-making process.

Plans Down the Road
In the future, we plan to integrate a token into the Impact Web3 ecosystem and when the time is right the DAO will be part of the incentives for this token. We also want to include DIDs & KYC in the the future so we can verify businesses are actually businesses and that are Impact Evaluators are the Evaluators they say they are.
Why include DIDs, Certified Credentials, & Impact Evaluation certifications
We will be creating a project based learning education framework. A course and mandatory certification for anyone to become a 3rd party impact evaluator, enabling individuals to access a new income stream.
- This will allow evaluators to work for the Domino DAO and be third-party evaluators for project we track the impact of through PIP.
- This opens up an employment opportunity but also will allow for evaluation in the future to be even more greenwash proof.
- This will also enable the projects we highlight on our platform to be formally verified so that we know that the funds go to who they say they are.

Cole Bartlett and Razali Samsudin Co-founded Sustainable ADA and Impact Web 3, and have been shaping it into what it is today.
It all started with the initial idea for Sustainable ADA back on April 20th of 2021 (Sustainable ADA 2021). Together, we co-founded it in June of 2021. [VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?
The cost of the project represents value for money as it enables the creation of the Domino DAO for the Impact Web3 ecosystem. In hand, we will be able to bring groundbreaking tools to the Cardano ecosystem and bring more visibility and recognition of impactful projects building on Cardano. By investing in Domino DAO, you can unlock new possibilities for the Cardano community. Including a new way to onboard new users to Cardano. The community will gain access to valuable insights, collaboration opportunities, and inspiration to drive positive change.
The costs are justified and a modest ask given the average salaries for a graduate, and postgraduate researcher and Teacher in our sectors, and given our track record in and out of the Cardano community to date based out of USA (Salt Lake City), and western Europe (London and Paris).
